To report a factual error, use the contact address on the About page and include the page address, the passage, and your suggested correction. Include the relevant authority if available.

Please do not send confidential information or documents about a legal matter. Correction requests are editorial correspondence, not requests for legal representation.

Confirmed material errors are corrected in the text and identified in a dated correction note.
